The most secured 3rd party payments is Paypal. It’s fast, reliable and secured. Most of online merchants used this method and i doubt that there are any other 3rd party payments that are as secured as paypal.

There are a few different options available but Paypal and Google Check Out are probably the most instantly recognized, and more importantly from a sales perspective, trusted of the online payment options. With regard to security its always wise to be very sure you are on a legitimate site and have not been filtered off into some fake arrangement, there is a security program called Rapport that can help in that direction which I believe is a free download.

3rd party payment processors are too many I have also tried alertpay which I think has greater security than paypal. The bad thing about them is that my country does not support alertpay to bankaccount transfer. I’m still thankful that Paypal is supported in my area.
