Since starting online I’ve looked at quite a few hosts. Many have poor customer service and limited functionality. I did find a good one I was reasonably happy with but found when I wanted to upgrade and perform specific functions for search engine optimization, it was difficult . This is why I tried HostGator with their $4.95 starter plan. They gave me all the functionality I needed at a reasonable cost.

The ‘unlimited websites’ option is a great choice if you want to easily publish lots of blogs and websites for a fixed monthly payment with no bandwidth or disk space limitations and loads of functionality built in as standard, including email addresses for each individual domain you create.
HostGator is based in the States but that doesn’t prevent it being a UK web hosting option, it just means you pay them in US Dollars and your domain registration can still be done in the UK if that is your preference. I use 123-REG for my domain registration, they are very competitively priced and convenient.
